Scott Sackin, Consultant-
With 22 years of full time experience as a real estate consultant, Scott brings his accounting degree and over 1,000 closed transactions to the team. Scott oversees all marketing and customer relations. As team leader Scott ensures that the entire group is delivering his or her unsurpassed level of expertise to every customer. Every Team Sackin member believes in personal responsibility and being held accountable for his or her actions, Scott guarantees it!
Philip Talbert, Consultant-
As Team Sackin’s most tenured member (18 years), Philip is focused on his past clients and newly referred clients. In addition Philip’s research skills are put in play daily as he scours all sources to be sure our buyers are seeing the best properties, before the masses! Philip’s Radio and TV degree comes in handy, as he is the spokesperson for our public service announcements and informational videos on Team Sackin TV.
Brian Wollner- Consultant
Brian relocated to California from New Jersey at the early age of 19. His Diverse background and experience fit perfectly with our mission. Brian’s accomplishments include: Graduating with high honors from California State University Fullerton, 4 years as a Sales and Marketing Representative and a successful small business owner. Brian leverages his unique set of business skills in the field of Real Estate to be an effective communicator, skilled problem solver, marketing and branding strategist and negotiator. One of Team Sackin’s many goals is to be the source of Real Estate information, fast, free and easy. On a weekly basis, Brian creates and posts blogs to the Team Sackin website that are engaging and filled with valuable information to keep our followers in the NOW. Kim Pham, Administrative Assistant/Social Media Tech Gal-
The world of information is changing fast, and thanks to Kim, Team Sackin is ahead of the curve…. way ahead. Taking advantage of every educational medium, Kim makes sure the team is using all of today’s relevant social media, from Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Craigs’ List to ensure our sellers’ homes are exposed to the maximum number of buyers and that our buyers have access to the technology they need to be ahead if the pack. Kim speaks fluent Vietnamese, so important in today’s Orange County.
It is no longer possible for the single agent working alone to comprehend, process and provide the information needed by today’s buyers and sellers.
